Requirements
- iPhone with iOS 17 or later.
- Best with sound and haptics on.
- StandBy needs iOS 17 and an iPhone on a charger, turned sideways. The Dynamic Island needs an iPhone that has one.
Purchases
Restore purchases. Open the gem store and tap Restore Purchases. This brings back one-time items like the Starter Mint and the Founder's Plate on a new or reset iPhone. Gem packs are used up when you spend them, so they can't be restored.
A purchase didn't arrive. Close the app fully and open it again, then tap Restore Purchases. If it still isn't there, email us with the date of the purchase.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Common questions
Are the flips fair?
Yes. Every flip is an unweighted 50/50. Nothing you buy or equip changes the odds.
What's the difference between credits and gems?
Credits are what you play with in HOUSE. You earn them in the game and can't buy them. Gems unlock cosmetic coins and themes. You earn them by playing or buy them in packs.
I got a new iPhone. Where's my progress?
If iCloud was on, your unlocked coins, seals, cosmetics, solved cube faces and records sync to the new iPhone when you sign in with the same Apple Account. Give it a minute after the first launch. To move everything, restore the new iPhone from a backup of the old one.
How do I stop the evening reminder?
iOS Settings → Notifications → Heads or Tails.
Accessibility. The app follows Reduce Motion (iOS Settings → Accessibility → Motion).
