BetWise is made by Pauram LLC. It's a sports analytics and education app. It doesn't accept wagers or operate a sportsbook. BetWise doesn't sell personal information or use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Information stored on your device
Bankroll settings, slip history, scanned-slip images, decision records, eligibility confirmations, Coach conversations and personalization can be stored on your device. Sensitive records are encrypted with a key that stays on the device. Exact coordinates used to check your location are not stored.
Coach and Pauram Intelligence
The Coach runs on Pauram Intelligence on your device. On iOS 26 with Apple Intelligence it can also use Apple's on-device model, which keeps your question on the device. If you choose to use BetWise's server for longer answers, your question and the slip context needed to answer it are sent to that server. Settings → Coach lets you keep every question on the device. Optional on-device learning is off until you turn it on, and you can export or delete it.
Information processed by services
When you use them, BetWise may process account identifiers (Sign in with Apple), subscription status, push notification tokens, sports-data requests, crash diagnostics and synchronized research records to provide, secure and improve the service.
Location
Location is requested only to confirm you can open a reviewed sportsbook link where you are. BetWise keeps the state it found and the time for up to 15 minutes, not your precise position. Sportsbooks run their own required checks.
Camera and photos
The camera and photo library are used only when you scan a slip or use Visual Intelligence. Images are read on your device and are not uploaded.
Affiliate links
If BetWise shows a disclosed sportsbook link, it may record that the link was opened. Compensation never changes model output, recommendation strength, price ranking or sportsbook order.
Purchases
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. BetWise learns your subscription status, never your payment details.
Launch notice on this website
If you sign up to hear about the launch, we save only your email address and the date, to send one email when BetWise is released. We delete the list after that email. It is never shared or sold.
Your controls
You can export your data, delete local and synced data, turn off alerts, decline location access and use cooling-off controls, all from Settings.
Retention and deletion
Data on your device stays until you delete it or remove the app. Server records are kept only as long as needed to provide the service, meet security and legal obligations, resolve disputes and complete a deletion you ask for. Backups may hold copies briefly until they expire.
Children
BetWise is only for adults who meet the legal age where they live. It isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Service providers
Apple, hosting, authentication, crash-diagnostic and licensed sports-data providers may process limited information under their own terms and our agreements with them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date and, when appropriate, a notice in the app.
