This is the support URL for the Cineora listing. A public inbox is not published yet. We will not invent a ticket form that goes nowhere.

In the app

Open Profile. Wallet, membership, rewards, inbox, and sign out live there. Hide or report a comment on the episode. Restore purchases with Apple.

Playback

If an episode says Coming Soon, Command has not published it. If LISTEN or READ is missing, that format has no master. Cineora will not invent one because WATCH exists.

Keys and membership

Apple bills Keys and membership. Cancel membership in Apple ID settings. If Apple shows Premium and an episode stays locked, the entitlement server has not confirmed. That is intentional. The client is forbidden from granting itself access.

Account

Sign in with Apple. Account deletion is in the app and waits for a 2xx from the server. The production API is not live. A website button cannot delete what the server cannot reach.

When the listing is live

This page will add the counsel-approved contact Apple requires. Until then, Cineora remains Coming to the App Store. Designed by Pauram.
