Purchases
Restore what you bought. Open Tara → Settings → Restore Purchases. Purchases follow the Apple ID you bought them with.
Cancel Tara Premium. On your iPhone go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Tara. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Sound pack bonus cards. Some sound packs include bonus cards drawn at random. The odds for each card are shown on the pack's page before you buy, and cards you don't own yet come first.
Your data
Almost everything stays on your iPhone. To erase it all, open Tara → Settings → Delete all my data. Tara returns to its first-launch state. Read the full privacy policy.
Devices and languages
- iPhone with iOS 17 or later, including iPhone Duo. Open it for two-page readings, or stand it half-open on a table for Altar mode during rituals.
- On-device Pauram AI readings need an iPhone with Apple Intelligence turned on. Other iPhones get Tara's built-in readings.
- Tara is available in English, Spanish, and Japanese and follows your iPhone's language.
Common questions
The Earth Sign doesn't appear. Open Settings → Personal Resonance, turn on Earth Signs, then allow location or type a city.
I don't hear voice guidance. Check that Voice is on in Settings and that your iPhone isn't on silent.
Reminders stopped. Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Tara.
